The FunGates System

We are a user of the FunGates System. The FunGates system is the largest pre-school programme in Malaysia.

This programme boasts over 20 years of research and development, making it a relevant and up-to-date system. It is well-proven and has earned a reputation for being the best early childhood education system in Malaysia. In addition, the FunGates system has their own in-house developed books and material that coincides with its syllabus, making it a complementary system.

The FunGates system emphasises balanced growth in all developmental aspects and has a strong syllabus geared towards the national Primary School Education System. It provides hands-on learning experiences, and strong bonds between teachers and students. It is also a system that is committed to helping children reach their fullest potential.

In 2004, FunGates and its founder Clarine Chun established Sekolah Sri Nobel. Shortly, in 2012 this became Nobel International School. Nobel International school now offers an international curriculum with both elementary and secondary schools.

What Makes FunGates Unique?

1. Wholesome

A wholesome education involves not only the development of a child’s IQ and EQ. FunGates schools also impart a culture of good character, social responsibility, and values. Character Building is one of the outstanding strengths of the FunGates programme and we are one of the pioneers in character education. Positive character values such as honesty, integrity, truthfulness, initiative, and responsibility are emphasised. Parents are even given the opportunity to work together with our Schools through our unique Character Champion Programme. This Programme allows parents to monitor a child’s character through fun and participation.

2. Fun

Developed with the growing child in mind, this programme incorporates books and apparatus that are designed exclusively by FunGates. A large variety of imported educational aids add to the hands on approach that makes learning more fun and effective.

We believe in “fun”, while “gates” refer to the entry points to a child’s most critical and formative six years of life. A child’s first entry must be filled with memories of enjoyable, challenging, and fun learning experiences.

3. Community Centred

FunGates is not just about children and education. When your child studies at a FunGates school, a portion of your fees goes back to the community.
